For non-EU citizens: If you don't want to waste time setting up an LTD company, we can set it up for you. This will allow you to transfer ownership of your vessel to this new LTD.
The LTD company is only created as the owner of the vessel. No tax or government declaration is required.
We will issue a bill of sale in your name transferring the boat to your new UK LTD. This process takes 1 working day.
The total cost for setting up UK LTD is only 300 EUR. This cost includes all administrative costs, the filing of company registration documents and our commission. The annual fee to maintain the company after the 1st year is 249 EUR.

For non-EU citizens: If you wish to protect yourself from liability and identity protection issues with a U.S. LLC, we will create an LLC and you will transfer ownership of your boat to that LLC that you own. The LLC is used for boat ownership only, so no taxes or government filings will be due, with the exception of an annual state tax of 340 EUR and 85 EUR registered agent fee. We will do the deed for you by transferring the boat to your new LLC USA. and this will be done within 1 to 3 working days. The total cost of setting up an LLC company in the US is only 250 EURThis includes all government fees, deposits and resident agent fees. The annual fee after the first year is 340 EURplus 85 EUR registered agent's fees.

To apply for the Polish MMSI, you must hold a valid operator's licence issued by a government institution; any other certificate or radio training certificate is not accepted. All the equipment you have on board must have a CE mark and the CE certificate, portable devices such as portable VHFs cannot be registered in Poland as the Polish authorities do not require an MMSI licence for portable devices. The MMSI licence takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks after we receive the original registration.
If you do not have an operator's licence, we can still help you with your Polish MMSI, we can set up a company in the UK for an additional fee of 300 EURThis company will be the operator of the boat and we will be able to apply for the MMSI licence, as companies do not need to have a radio operator's licence. There is an annual fee of 249 EUR for a UK LTD. For all fixed radio/EPIRB/radar equipment, we must have the CE certificate. The MMSI licence takes approximately 6 weeks after receiving the original recording.
